12:00 pm – 5:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
The Tennessee Fund Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the lobby of the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh-North Shore.
5:30 pm | GROUP DEPARTURE
Group meets in the lobby to walk over to PNC Park.
6:00 pm – Until | WELCOME RECEPTION
Takes places at PNC Park’s Rooftop Terrace. Ballpark food, along with beer and wine, will be on our menu. Please note PNC Park has a no-bag policy.
6:35 pm | FIRST PITCH

September 10th – Game Day!
7:00 am – 10:00 am | BREAKFAST HOURS
Breakfast hours, located in the lobby’s breakfast bar.
11:00 am | CHECK-OUT TIME
Posted check-out time at the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh-North Shore. Please be sure to settle any incidental charges you may have at the front desk.
When you check out, please bring your luggage down to the lobby where SET staff will ensure your luggage is safely loaded onto the bus.
11:45 am | GROUP DEPARTURE
Group departs for the pregame tailgate on the Great Lawn.
Please meet in the lobby at 11:30 am if you would like to walk over as a group.
12:00 pm – 3:00 pm | PREGAME TAILGATE
